Yes. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Converting is free and takes 30 seconds — go to Instagram → Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account. You keep all your followers.
Will AutoDM get my account banned?+
No. SuperProfile uses the official Instagram Business API — the same API used by major brands. We never use bots or unofficial access. Your account is completely safe and compliant with Meta's platform policies.
What's the difference between Starter and Creator?+
Starter is free forever and covers AutoDMs on Posts and Reels, plus basic lead collection. Creator (₹99 first month, then ₹499/month) unlocks AutoDMs across Stories and Lives, up to 5 Instagram accounts, unlimited leads, and full monetization tools.
How long does KYC verification take?+
Typically within 24 hours on business days. You'll need your PAN card and a bank proof (cancelled cheque or bank statement). Once approved, you can request payouts directly to your bank or UPI anytime.
Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts?+
Yes. Starter supports 1 account, Creator supports up to 5 accounts. Each account has its own independent set of automations and stats. Perfect for creators managing multiple brands or niches.
What products can I sell?+
Six types: Digital files (PDFs, videos, templates), Online courses, Live webinars, 1:1 Coaching sessions, Memberships (recurring subscriptions), and external links. All from your SuperProfile store with Razorpay payments.
Is there a platform fee on sales?+
Yes, a small platform fee applies on each transaction in addition to Razorpay's standard gateway fee. The exact fee depends on your plan. Creator plan has a lower platform fee than Starter. Pro plan details are discussed on the call.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel your Creator plan anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Your store and data are always available on the Starter plan.
